French Worksheet Hub ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Nidhi Tyagi, an individual based in New Delhi, India. By accessing this website or purchasing a worksheet, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we sell

We sell digital, downloadable PDF worksheets for learning French. These are electronic products delivered by email — there are no physical goods.

Orders & payment

• Prices are listed on the Shop page and are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the displayed price.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (currently Razorpay; PayPal for international buyers where available). We never see or store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.

Delivery

Worksheets are delivered electronically. See our Delivery Policy for how and when you receive your download.

Refunds

Because these are digital products, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

Licence & permitted use

• When you buy a worksheet, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning or teaching.
• All worksheets remain the intellectual property and copyright of Nidhi Tyagi.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or upload the files, or use them to create competing products, without written permission.

Educational purpose & disclaimer

Our worksheets are educational materials provided "as is". While they are prepared with care, we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, exam result, or level of progress.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that worksheet. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
