Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our worksheets are digital products delivered instantly by email. Because the file can be downloaded and kept as soon as it's delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable. That said, we want every customer to be happy — so we will always help in the situations below.

When you are entitled to a refund

• Payment taken but no product delivered — if you were charged but never received your download.
• Duplicate payment — if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same worksheet.
• Wrong item delivered — if you received a different worksheet than the one you paid for and we can't deliver the correct one.
• File problem we can't fix — if the PDF is corrupted or won't open and we are unable to provide a working copy.

When a refund is not available

• Change of mind after the download link has been delivered.
• You already owned or had downloaded the worksheet.
• Simple dissatisfaction with the content — though we'll gladly hear your feedback and try to help.

How to request a refund

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (the exact time depends on your bank or card provider).

Cancellations

Orders are fulfilled automatically and instantly, so they cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If you change your mind before paying, simply don't complete the checkout — nothing is charged until payment succeeds.
